Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for delivering integrated planning and reliability support to your department, covering mobile equipment, E&I assets, and the Process Plant. You will oversee both the planning and reliability teams to ensure short-term (12‑month) and long‑term (OPEX/CAPEX) maintenance strategies are aligned with the mine’s life cycle and operational objectives. This includes preparing annual budgets, managing asset lifecycle integration within the CMMS, and supporting the implementation of reliability practices and equipment performance monitoring. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
