**Position Description:**

CGI is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer Lead. The Genesys Cloud Developer Lead position will primarily be responsible for design, development and deployment of IVR flows, contact routing and interactions using Genesys Cloud Architect. This would include configuration of data action and system integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs.
This position is located at our client site in either Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH.
