GEO Specialist

The GEO Specialist supports the strategy and execution of Generative Engine Optimization programs for a portfolio of B2B clients. This role works predominantly across on-site content planning and Reddit distribution (the two primary channels through which Foundation builds AI visibility) contributing to strategic engagements, content planning, and performance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

GEO Research & Execution

• Research and document the prompts, questions, and content gaps that matter most for each client's audience and competitive position.
• Support analysis using GEO tools such as Profound, Ahrefs, and more.
• Contribute to AI visibility benchmarking — tracking how clients are cited across LLMs and the AI Search space relative to competitors.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of GEO strategies, execution scopes, and client-facing reporting assets.
