Environmental Technician

Turner Staffing Group is Currently seeking skilled Environmental Technician for a project near Searchlight NV. In addition to hourly wage, the position does offer transportation to and from job location.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday - 10+ hours a day. Hours are 3:45am-5pm which includes paid travel time to and from job site located about 30-40 miles from Searchlight on CA side.

Pay: Hourly pay will be $18-$20 per hour. Travel pay is paid 1.5 times the hourly rate. OT is paid for any hours over 8 hours a day. Paid 1 hour lunch and rest pay.

Job Overview

General Technician Duties: Ability to operate equipment, including: skid-steer, forklift, and water truck.

Assist the Re-vegetation Engineer at the plant nurseries and greenhouse with tasks that include: replacement of irrigation tubing, greenhouse maintenance and planting, weed removal, salvaging and transplanting new plants.
