This individual will take the lead in designing a geothermal power plant with the strategic aim of optimizing operations and enhancing energy output through innovative engineering solutions, all while ensuring the plant operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this role will expertly combine their technical and project engineering skills and experience to design a plant that maximizes plant availability, optimizes performance, and addresses geothermal-specific challenges (i.e. scaling, corrosion, and non-condensable gases), all while ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards and maintaining high quality standards.

This role consists of two primary components.

The first involves designing, constructing, and ultimately commissioning the power plant.
