Responsibilities - Coordinate external and internal audits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients.
- Implement first-pass yield (FPY) improvements.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare internal corrective and preventive action reports (CAR) and supplier corrective action reports (SCAR).
Qualifications - Minimum of +5 years of verifiable experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial, or related engineering.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong leadership and follow-through abilities.
- Proficiency with IT tools.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
- Experience in PCBA assembly and lean manufacturing.
- Six Sigma certification (preferred).
- Open to all genders.
Must be available to work in Tecate.
