Job Description: Hybrid: This role requires being on site 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, or IAM stores
- Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly and yearly sales and service objectives are met
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
- Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
- Build and manage relationships
- Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
- Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and/or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
