Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Collect and analyze customer data to identify activity trends, develop root cause analysis for data anomalies, and document recommended activity caps.
Solution Design & Program Development: Provide subject‑matter‑expert support for solution design and program development, working closely with Sales and implementation teams to support new contract implementations.
Financial Stewardship & Invoicing Oversight: Review invoices for accuracy, coordinate invoicing for program overages, and closely manage the financial integrity of each deal.
Reporting & Pipeline Management: Create and maintain monthly dashboard reporting for Managed Service Program accounts and manage opportunity reporting in Salesforce.
Process Improvement: Identify program gaps and drive continuous process improvements across the managed service ecosystem.
