Vitae Health Systems seeks a qualified Psychotherapist to provide mental health services in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess, diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, supporting residents’ well-being and adjustment to medical life changes.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and rehabilitation teams; maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation; participate in care plans and team discussions; and provide crisis intervention when needed.
