The Vancouver Community Older Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Services require a part time Psychiatrist to join an interdisciplinary team in caring for patients generally over 65 with mental health problems. The team consists of geriatric psychiatrists, other physicians, case managers, counsellors, neuropsychologists and administrative staff. Clinical settings may include outpatient visits, community home visits/outreach, and residential care facilities, along with indirect case reviews within a collaborative care model.
