The Opportunity
We are working closely with an established Geriatric Medicine service within a key regional referral hospital in north-west Victoria and are keen to connect with FRACP Geriatricians interested in a full-time role offering continuity, integration and meaningful community impact.
The service supports an ageing cross-border population and operates across acute geriatric consults, subacute GEM care and rehabilitation-linked models. The role offers close involvement in multidisciplinary care planning and coordination across hospital and community settings.
This position will appeal to Geriatricians seeking hands-on regional practice with strong clinical continuity and manageable service scale.
