Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Catering Manager is responsible for soliciting, contracting, and finalizing smaller groups, with or without event space, as defined by the property. The role includes supporting the Sales team and ensuring follow-up for all group related activities, including lodging, meeting space, catering, and special events, in line with sales and marketing strategy and objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prospect new business opportunities through outbound sales activities, including cold calls, email outreach, referrals, networking, and lead generation. Develop and manage an assigned portfolio of local accounts, maintaining regular contact to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
