Responsibilities

The interface with WB A350 Development Programmes organization for RFE components and Getafe plant. Responsible for assessing the industrial impact of Step 9, 10 and anticipating/managing risks and opportunities. The job holder compiles the impacts of Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics and transfers the needs to Dev Programme.

Responsible for coordinating transfunctional stakeholders at Getafe plant to ensure right communication, drumbeat and information update. The job holder calls for monitoring meetings, prepares dossiers and reports minutes of meetings.

Skills

Good communication skills, team spirit, decision making, and ability to lead multifunctional teams. Background in programme/project management desirable, mainly planning and risk/opps management. PMO and PM certification highly valued. Manufacturing and engineering experience valued. Knowledge of S19 Constituent Assy valued.
