Roles: GhostDraft Technical Lead Duration: 8 Months Location & work model: Toronto, Hybrid Project Background: Migration to GW Cloud Platform from GW v10.0. As part of the engagement, document production migration is in scope to migrate templates from SmartCOMM to GhostDraft

Key responsibilities:

Define migration strategy and solution architecture

Lead SmartCOMM GhostDraft template conversion and optimization

Drive integration with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PC/CC/BC)

Oversee development, code quality, and delivery governance

Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

Core skills

GhostDraft (DOCX templates, rules, composition)

SmartCOMM migration experience

Guidewire Cloud integration expertise

Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management
