Role Summary

We are looking for a GIS Administrator to operate and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise environments — covering installation, configuration, security, high-availability, and routine geodatabase administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and patch ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, Data Store, Web Adaptor).
• Manage federated deployments, HA, and disaster recovery.
• Administer enterprise geodatabases (Oracle/SQL Server with SDE) and PostGIS.
• Configure security: user/group management, sharing models, OAuth/SAML.
• Monitor service health, optimise tile/feature services, troubleshoot issues.
• Manage backups, restores, and data replication.
• Document operational procedures and runbooks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, IT, or equivalent.
• 4+ years administering ArcGIS Enterprise in production.
