GLA Draughtsman

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. The draughtsman will work closely with our design team to translate their ideas and concepts into accurate and precise drawings.

• Conduct site inspections and measurements of existing and newly acquired multi-storey commercial, retail, and industrial properties for the preparation of As-built drawings.
• Verify the accuracy of existing building plans and dimensions.
• Prepare accurate 3D As-built Revit models based on site measurements and any existing drawing information available.
• Verify the accuracy and update existing building models, including the tenant allocations and positioning.
• Prepare accurate GLA layout drawings from as-built building models in accordance with SAPOA Guidelines. ...
