Commercial glass installation projects, combining hands-on glazing work with crew leadership in both shop and field environments. Participate in the installation of storefronts, windows, peaked glass, storefront doors, and curtain wall systems across the Denver Metro area, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to project blueprints and schedules.

**Overview:**

+ Prepare frames, anchors, and flashing for glass installation, ensuring all components are accurately positioned and secured.
+ Oversee and assist with setting glass units, including hammering loads and ensuring proper alignment and fit.
+ Determine and coordinate the appropriate lifting and handling equipment (such as forklifts or manipulators) for each project.
