About the Job

We are looking to welcome a new Global Application Support Scientist for mass spectrometry to join our team in Turku. The Global Application Support Team consists of top professionals providing high‑level technical and scientific support to our customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer or field personnel enquiries regarding the Reproductive Health mass spectrometry products and related applications or their use, including troubleshooting, data analysis and technical guidance.
• Product and application training of customers, field application scientists, sales, distributors and service personnel.
• Site visits for higher level troubleshooting and training.
• Participating in New Product Development projects by bringing the voice of customer in the projects and by conducting evaluations for new products.
• Support launch of NPI’s.
