Job Description:

We are seeking a Vice President – Product Manager based in Bangalore to drive execution of the TxB Internal Tooling Platform Strategy, focused on transforming operations tooling from fragmented, manual workflows into a unified, system-driven platform.

The role will lead product development across critical internal capabilities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual touchpoints, enhancing controls, and enabling scalable growth across onboarding, implementation, and servicing workflows. These capabilities are part of the broader platform vision to create a “single pane of glass” for Ops with guided workflows and exception-based processing.
