Position Overview
**Description**
Provide support to the global brand by leading the development of analytics to drive brand strategy and growth for all markets. Work closely with the Global Marketing, Finance, Product Development and GBVC Teams in creating bottom⁃up New Product Forecasts and related business plans as projects move through the Innovation process.
Recommend and communicate New Product forecast guidelines to the regions and assist them in incorporating them into their business plans. Identify brand sales trends across all Regions and Markets and drive for demand adjustments to improve demand plan accuracy. Create ad⁃hoc demand analytics to support myriad brand initiatives. Review and assess the alignment of the Demand Plan and Financial Estimate to understand and reconcile the gaps between them as part of the larger IBP (i.e. SIOP).
