ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Optimization and Documentation :

• o Create, update, and distribute process documentation and SOPs.
• o Regularly audit existing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• o Evaluate all processes for efficiency and automation opportunities
• o Lead improvement initiatives within IT

Data Analytics

• o Distill complex data sets into actionable operational metrics

Operational Data Reporting:

• o Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• o Generate a compliance tracking and reporting process.

Project Management

• o Supports global transition for assigned areas to include task tracking, dependencies, dates, owners, statuses, and risk identification.
