Position Summary
The Global Compliance Specialist works closely with the Director of Compliance to conduct training and internal compliance reviews of US and International operations to ensure the effectiveness of Ormat’s compliance program.
Essential Functions
Planning, managing, and carrying out reviews and testing of compliance with Ormat’s compliance policies. Conducting internal investigations related to whistleblower complaints as necessary. Assist with developing performance and quality metrics to measure program effectiveness and to identify anomalies. Responsibilities related to managing the reviews include: Scheduling and coordinating annual reviews and training at international operations;
Prepare comprehensive reports on the results of reviews for presentation to the Chief Compliance Officer;
