Getnet is seeking to drive the development and execution of Culture & Engagement strategies and initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and reinforce the organization's values and business priorities.

The role partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to design and implement strategic Culture & Engagement initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, embed DEI and wellbeing programs, and coordinate global onboarding/offboarding and governance.
