The Global Educator, Professional Hair and Scalp will lead and advance Aveda's professional education strategy across Hair Color, Scalp Health, and Professional Hair Treatment Solutions. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering innovative education programs that bring the professional perspective to life while reflecting Aveda's commitment to sustainability, wellness, and high-performance, plant-powered care.

Serving as a key connection between Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, and the professional community, this position plays a critical role throughout the innovation journey—from concept and prototype development through launch and adoption.
