Lead and conduct EHS&S audits to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, Micron EHS internal standards, and external international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and RBA.
Coordinate audit schedules between multiple international sites with internal and external business partners, including Customer Support and other RBA-related collaborators.
Develop and implement corrective action plans to ensure timely completion and follow-up audits when required.
Participate in nonconformity review and root cause analysis to identify and address systemic issues.
Analyze audit data for trends and systemic issues to demonstrate the effectiveness of the audit program.
Monitor and evaluate process connectivity to find opportunities for improvement and ensure that EHS&S management systems are effectively supporting overall business goals.
