Responsibilities
Global assortment strategy. Define and own the product and range strategy across frames, sunglasses, lenses, contact lenses, and accessories — building a coherent global architecture that flexes for each market's customer, climate, and price reality.
Category management & lifecycle. Lead category planning, range reviews, and the full product lifecycle — from introduction and ramp-up to refresh and exit — maximising freshness, relevance, and full-price sell-through.
