Cobelfret is seeking a Head of Operations for our Singapore operations to lead the Operations department and ensure safe, compliant and commercially efficient voyage execution across a globally traded dry bulk fleet.

You will combine operational expertise with team leadership, strategic input and continuous improvement to enhance voyage profitability and risk management, while coordinating with commercial and finance teams across time zones.
