Job Overview

The Global Hotel Program Manager leads the end‑to‑end management of HPE’s hotel program, ensuring cost‑effective, high‑quality accommodations for employees while maximizing supplier value and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define annual objectives and milestones to ensure successful execution of the hotel program strategy.
• Lead the end‑to‑end annual RFP process, including defining requirements, developing bid packages, and facilitating bidder conferences.
• Evaluate and negotiate supplier proposals to secure competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms.
