Takeda Pharmaceuticals International GmbH is seeking an HR Generalist responsible for delivering Global HR Service Delivery and managing end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will drive self-service adoption, resolve Tier 2 queries, and execute HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow with accuracy, while partnering with HR stakeholders to ensure compliant and high-quality service delivery.
