Adidas is seeking a Senior Director HR Business Transformation & Head Office to drive cultural and business transformation across Emerging Markets. You will partner with the VP HR EM to co-design people strategy and harmonize employee experiences across regions.

You will lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, oversee cross‑continent projects, mentor leaders, and ensure consistent HR standards while delivering programs through the EM SLT.
