Responsibilities
- Contact medical sites to coordinate shipments, ensuring approved dates, times, and contacts.
- Deliver high-level customer service, resolve issues, and maintain internal communication.
- Document activities accurately in the assigned control tool.
- Maintain timely filing and updates to support performance indicators.
- Edit and maintain domestic shipments in TMS or the applicable system.
- Use and maintain technical tools such as TMS, SharePoint, and others.
- Communicate with national and international offices, customers, and third parties in a courteous and timely manner.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Perform additional duties as trained.
