The Operation Excellence department/team at TIP is looking for a Global Industrial Performance Engineer. This position is based in Courbevoie – La Defense

As Global Industrial Performance Engineer (WCM), you report to a Cluster WCM Director within the Saint-Gobain Group Operational Excellence Programs team. You are part of the team driving the operational performance improvement using the World Class Manufacturing Program. You have expertise in several WCM pillars (Health & Safety, Quality & Process Control, Reliability, Industrial Efficiency) and a deep knowledge of WCM Methods & Tools, proved by practical usage.

Main responsibilities are:

• Support the delivery of the savings / improvement plan in specific factories nominated by the Cluster Director


• Develop the WCM standards and frameworks to ensure an effective implementation in the business.
