IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for the structured implementation of new and existing IT solutions and ensuring alignment with business requirements across CEVA operations and customer environments.

The role focuses on delivering specialized IT solutions related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Carrier Management Integration Systems (CIMS), and other operational platforms. It requires close collaboration with Solution Design, Operations, and clients to analyse business needs, define system functionalities, and ensure successful implementation. The analyst translates business requirements into technical specifications, supports testing phases, and drives user adoption through training and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements, including mapping “as-is” and “to-be” processes, and validate them with IT and business stakeholders.
