Responsibilities
  • Managed end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and labour requirements.
  • Handled monthly payroll, ad-hoc payroll updates, and overseas payroll coordination with external vendors.
  • Prepared statutory submissions including CPF and other regulatory filings.
  • Supported employee life cycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR records maintenance.
  • Administered employee benefits, insurance claims, and HR documentation.
  • Assisted with HR reporting, employee queries, and operational support for HR processes.
