Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a senior leader to own the global payroll product strategy, driving standardization, technology enablement, data migration, and integrations.

This role partners with Payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, vendors and regional teams to deliver compliant, scalable payroll solutions and ensure business continuity during transformations. The role requires leading complex programs across countries while ensuring controls, regulatory compliance, and
