Nel Hydrogen is seeking a recent graduate for a People & Culture Coordinator role to support daily HR operations across Europe and the US. Reporting to the CHRO, you will join a small, globally distributed team working across recruitment, onboarding, HR data, and internal communications.

You will draft documents in Norwegian and English, assist with salary cycles, and contribute to process improvements while developing broad foundations in People & Culture in a fast-moving, international company.
