Nordea Asset Management in Portugal is seeking a strategic Head of NAM International People Services to lead and scale People Services across our international footprint, spanning Portugal, Luxembourg and global sales offices.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, drive AI-enabled improvements, and ensure compliant, end-to-end People services while aligning with Nordea Group standards and NAM culture. This role is based in Portugal with a strong cross-border remit.
