This role reports to the Global Process Delivery Senior Supervisor and collaborates with cross-regional teams to deliver Total Rewards operations while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. The role also partners with both company-appointed and local vendors to ensure effective and efficient operational delivery.

This role is part of the Global Process Delivery team, supporting high-volume HR operations within a multinational organization. The position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance across global HR processes, while applying strong critical‑thinking skills to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
