Process Design and Governance: Define, document, and maintain the global finance R2R and P2P process framework, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Standardisation: Own and deliver the standardisation of finance R2R and P2P processes and business processes impacting finance. Co-own (with S2P and external reporting) P2P and R2R policies (excluding accounting policies), and procedures across regions and business units, identifying and resolving process variations.
Continuous Improvement: Direct improvement initiatives to optimize process accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, and quality, leveraging automation and technology where appropriate.
