Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Global Program Manager. The General Program Manager will be based in Guadalajara, South Site. As the President of the program, the GPM ensures there is appropriate interface with the Customer and the Flex cross functional departments (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, etc); focuses on tactical execution of the program schedule/plan, continues to monitor, and reduce program risk and maximize program profitability. Fosters the strategic relationship between Flex and the Customer.
