**Your role:**
+ Leads global CS & install base replacement business
+ Leads the operational execution of the service/sales funnel, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and health across all funnel stages using standardized CRM dashboards.
+ Conducts recurring funnel health checks by segment and stage to identify stagnation, aging risks, and weak opportunities, triggering targeted actions to improve flow and conversion.
+ Leads CRM opportunity management by:
+ Ensuring full pipeline visibility and quality for services across multiple accounts or territories.
+ Enforcing rigorous stage and forecast category progression, coaching others to align stage, probability, and forecast.
