Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate a major global strategic account across the mining and industrial sectors
  • Develop and strengthen senior executive relationships across operational, commercial and corporate leadership teams
  • Align regional business units and internal stakeholders around a unified global customer strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities across products, services, aftermarket and integrated solutions
  • Chair strategic account forums and drive collaboration across international teams
  • Lead complex commercial discussions and support major negotiations
  • Act as the escalation and relationship point for senior customer stakeholders globally
  • Maintain strong visibility across operational delivery, customer priorities and market developments
  • Drive long-term account planning and strategic partnership initiatives
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required
