The Global Ruminants Strategy Manager drives and coordinates the end‑to‑end strategy development process for the long‑term Species vision and roadmap, ensuring strong alignment, cross‑functional orchestration, and effective execution.

This role encompasses the identification of long‑term market trends and evolving customer needs; the definition of a future‑ready, competitive product and solutions portfolio for the species — and its corresponding “winning strategy” versus major competitors — developed in close partnership with Category Managers, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing teams.

It also includes the creation of a compelling strategic narrative and the development of a consistent, long‑term brand strategy.
