Position Overview

                Roles & Responsibilities:  

   Certified/Licensed Trade Analyst.  

   Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing processes, and costed components to assess substantial transformation and tariff shift rules.  

   Classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and ensure alignment with COO determinations.  

   Support preferential and non-preferential origin determinations and issue or validate Certificates of Origin.  

   Maintain and audit origin documentation, supplier affidavits, and long-term supplier declarations.  

   Partner with sourcing, engineering, procurement, and suppliers to gather accurate manufacturing and origin data.  

   Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Country/Region specific customs valuation, marking, and labeling requirements.
