Allianz Partners in Bern is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led training globally within Medi24. The role requires developing training programs based on proven methodologies and conducting onboarding sessions for new hires.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, holds a medical qualification, and is fluent in German and/or French. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.
