Based preferably in Espoo, Finland, with hybrid options, you will lead a global function of ~340 professionals, driving growth, profitability and execution excellence across project delivery and solutions development.

You will oversee site management, commercial governance, and cross-functional sales as part of a strategic capability expansion, while shaping a high-performance, multinational organization.
