We're looking for a Global Workplace Experience Specialist who is as comfortable building AI‑driven processes for facilities management as they are organising a great company event. Based in our Helsinki HQ, you'll play an active role in shaping the workplace environment, global compliance, and the key culture moments that connect us, using smart tools and automation to do it better, faster, and at scale.

You'll identify and implement AI‑driven solutions that improve how the office runs, how new joiners are welcomed, and how employees experience Supermetrics day to day.
