28-year history of delivering construction and infrastructure projects. Active pipeline of property, rail, and energy projects (PETRONAS SWEC Licence).

Projects (Main Contractor)

• Managing 2 x 40-storey residential towers in Brickfields (Phase 1), with additional blocks planned for Phase 2.
• Overseeing new high-rise projects in the Klang Valley.
• Handling a mix of in-house and external projects.
• Actively tendering for high-rise projects in the Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Newly created role to drive the growth of the high-rise construction division.
• Lead Project Managers across two sites and multiple projects in the Klang Valley.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
