About the Role

Golf Tulum is a high-performance golf simulator studio and lifestyle lounge located in La Veleta, Tulum. We’re hiring reliable, friendly team members to host guests, run the golf simulators, and support daily operations at our pro shop and bar.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: MXN $15,000–$22,500/month depending on experience
• Commission: Earn commission on retail product sales (gloves, apparel, balls, etc…) and tips from bar purchases
• Schedule: ~50 hours/week (flexible schedule, weekends and evenings required)
• Performance Reviews: Every 6-months with opportunity for compensation increases and expanded responsibilities
• Location: La Veleta, Tulum, Mexico
• Type: Full-time, Onsite
• Start Date: October/November 2025
