To ensure all guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous manner, handle all payment transactions, maximize guest satisfaction, and perform general duties as assigned by the Golf Professional.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Handle all sales transactions made through the Golf Shop Maintain accurate records for the Golf Shop with special emphasis on retail/golf transactionsReport stock levels of guest, retail, and office supplies to manager Maintain a high level of cleanliness for all areas within the DepartmentAdhere to all rules and regulations established in standard operation procedure manual for BCG/BCL/Bass Pro ShopsReport all incidents of guest dissatisfaction to the managerReport all accidents/injuries that occur during the execution of Golf Shop business or on Big Cedar Lodge property through proper channels.
